Problem is you're not. Besides, if you have the DB's then why bother with the KB's?Justin_PShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07819478474074071804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3897774470372565730.post-33866163184871892972012-01-04T06:31:46.915-08:002012-01-04T06:31:46.915-08:00First off, I absolutely love IronMaster's dumb...First off, I absolutely love IronMaster's dumbbells and I have the bench with about every accessory and I also have the extra 120 lb. weight set. So I am about $1300 (after shipping) into this system. However, the return on investment for these kettlebells just is not there - you get the handle, THE HANDLE for $110 shipped - ONE HANDLE. No screw, no weights, the handle - even after spending what I did on the system and having the weights and screws to use this, I cannot justify $220 for a set of kettlebells. When I asked IronMaster why the price was so exorbitant, they had a good point - the demand is low, production is costly. Well, I cannot imagine these sell very often in this economy. These are about 40% over priced and if they ever came down - it would be a no brainer for me to pick them up. However, two caveats on these as I have actually handled them… as a previous poster noted, the bells are very long which will eliminate some movements with a lot of weight on the handles as they will hit the ground. Also when using only a little weight the screw comes through the handle and points right at the user’s hand and is rather awkward. Overall though, they are an awesome product and IronMaster an awesome company - but the price needs to be revisited even for a niche product.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00943251198245272673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3897774470372565730.post-55342464752704693372011-04-12T14:07:08.532-07:002011-04-12T14:07:08.532-07:00I have just purchased two Ironmaster adjustable ke...I have just purchased two Ironmaster adjustable kettlebells which cost me £ 450; this is firstly the only company which stated,” that if I am not happy they would refund my money, no questions asked”. Secondly the quality, durability and ease of assembly of this product has amazed me and being an engineer, looking at mass production and profit margins you most definitely do get a bang for your buck. My history of Kettlebells started with the Weider 40 lb Powerbell which the reviews were impressive but in reality, a product which digs into your arms and not enough weight to progress. Next were China’s finest, 6.5 to 40kg’s hollow body with lead 5kg plates, which have to stripped down to increase or decrease weights. The body has with a 3 mm wall thickness which if dropped would shatter. The reality is that the cost of £ 450 is expensive but compared to what else is available on the market and the long term durability, ironmaster is a no brainer. Please note this the first ever review I have written, and only because no other product I have used is worthyGarynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3897774470372565730.post-44547410297457210832011-02-02T10:07:04.059-08:002011-02-02T10:07:04.059-08:00I've done all of the above very regularly with...I've done all of the above very regularly with no issues at all.Justin_PShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07819478474074071804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3897774470372565730.post-72569894252210192792011-02-02T08:45:07.121-08:002011-02-02T08:45:07.121-08:00The adjustable kettlebell hangs too low for snatch...The adjustable kettlebell hangs too low for snatches. All it is really good for is swings and presses, and a cheap T-handle would work better for swings, you can make one for 10 bucks. For presses use dumbbells.

If you want to use kettlebells buy kettlebells. Going cheap with this product is not the way to go. Anyone trying to properly learn kettlebell technique will end up disapointed.

If you want some fairly inexpensive kettlebells check out NY Barbell in Elmyra.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14639236933767564861noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3897774470372565730.post-34886244664237860572010-08-05T12:57:07.918-07:002010-08-05T12:57:07.918-07:00Hey, it's all deadly man!Hey, it's all deadly man!Justin_PShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07819478474074071804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3897774470372565730.post-76478385562655082802010-08-05T10:18:58.298-07:002010-08-05T10:18:58.298-07:00You sound almost as excited about your new kettleb...You sound almost as excited about your new kettlebell as a 14 year girl getting a new purse.
