I'm currently on rest after a hernia surgery so once I'm well I want to do everything I can to prevent another. <br /><br />I also have other issues like knee pain, I'd did the physio exercises until it stopped hurting, but I really should keep working on them, because I'm an adult now and should act like it. <br /><br />I'm currently thinking of doing a 30 minute morning workout of rehab/prehab one morning and maybe yoga the next. Not quite sure but I should make it something that becomes routine.
